Community Outreach Ministries to the Ann Arbor Area
One of the service ministries offered by the church staff is Biblical counseling. The most common counseling issues are marital, financial, addictions, grief, and general Christian growth. A consciously Biblical, gospel-based approach is used. Please click here for more information or just contact us if you need help quickly.
Another service that we offer is to help those who have lost loved ones to death and who desire a traditional Christian funeral to help remember their loved one. Though you may be in a time of grief, important spiritual things can happen in the lives of those who are present at a funeral or memorial service. Some families do not have a church or they have been absent for a long time from their church due to an extended illness. If your family needs a minister to conduct a funeral, we would be pleased to help. More information is available here.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is a week-long series of meetings when children ages 4 through 12 can learn about Jesus through a re-telling of the history presented in the Bible. Our goal, as you might expect, is to show the children the good news of how to become a Christian. This good news is called the "gospel." The school is in mid-July each year in the morning from 9:30-noon. Find out more by clicking here. Watch for registration to open during the late spring or early summer at the registration page.
Our church offers an English class to those who desire to practice conversational English, or reading English. Instruction is tailored to the need of the individual student. Be aware that we will use Christian literature and the Bible in our reading. Click here to register...
Understanding the Bible is an essential part of a truly liberal education. For centuries, it has been one of the most influential books in western civilization. Yet our contemporary culture is quite illiterate when it comes to the Bible. We offer a series of basic Bible education classes that can help you understand the Bible much better. Fellowship Bible Church sacrificed diligently for over four years to plant a new church in Howell, northwest of Ann Arbor. Our planting team has been working there for some time and is privileged to be a part of what God is doing in that community. The Howell church is independent and self-supporting as of early 2017. Please visit fbhowell.org for more information.
